Smiles for Miles

Smiles for Miles is a community event offering rides in trucks or vintage cars supporting the special needs and medically challenged communities. Run out of Ryal Bush Ashburton’s yard, 77 Maronan Road, Tinwald. There is a free sausage sizzle (provided by the Rapid Relief Team). Scale Model Expo 2025

Marlborough’s renowned Scale Model Show returns to show case a stunning world in miniature. Once again thew Nelson Marlborough Truck Model Club will be hosting this great family event at the Redwood Hall, Oliver Park, Blenheim. Admission $5 per adult, under 12s Free.  Check it out on Facebook.

Celebrate the arrival of spring at NZ's longest running festival, the renowned Alexandra Blossom Festival. Nationals Truck Show

Formerly The Mount Truck Show, The Nationals Truck show has rebranded after merging forces with Downtime Entertainment. The next event sees the truck show join forces with Autofest 2025 at Mercury Baypark, Mt Maunganui. Watch the rigs come to life after dark in an epic 'Night Glow' display. To commemorate 20 years since the passing of Bill Richardson a special event is being held to honour of the remarkable man. Southland Transport Invercargill Truck Parade

The annual Invercargill Truck Parade returns for another year. Prize giving is held at the Newfield Tavern in the Big Willy’s function room at 5pm with a light supper and DJ to follow. $10 entry fee for judged trucks - arrive between 8am and 10am free is not judged, parade starts at 1pm sharp. Dave Carr Memorial Run 10th Anniversary

 The challenge is to attract 100 trucks for the milestone anniversary. Meet at the Highway Inn Carpark Inn, 527 Sawyers Arms Road, Christchurch for a 09am departure. $20 donation per truck/person, there will be a bus available for those who don't have a set of wheels. Check it out on Facebook.

Kids' N Rigs Truck Show

The Wellington Lions are turning it on for local families with the biennial Truck and Transport Show in support of Life Flight Rescue Helicopter Service.
