PRICE LIST
Video shoots
“Reel” video (up to 15 seconds) $395 + GST (up to 1 hours recording plus 1 revision)
1 minute video $995 + GST (up to 2 hours recording plus 1 revision)
1–3 minute video $1795 + GST (half a day plus 2 revisions)
You will receive a fully edited and professionally colour correction video with soundtrack. If you’d like longer videos or videos with greater production requirements, we’re happy to provide you with a quote.
Pricing is for the Rotorua local area, there will be additional charges for travelling away from our home base (see T & Cs below for details).
Photo shoots
2 Hours $295 + GST
Half Day $595 + GST
You will receive professionally retouched images delivered in high resolution and web resolution formats.

We are happy to quote for longer or more detailed historical videos.
We also offer bespoke book production (one off or short run books). Please contact us for a quote.

Drone video/photos add $125 +GST
Video/Shoot planning/gaining permissions for drone flights, site access, etc $125 + GST/hour (Any expenses incurred charged at cost.)
Editing $135 + GST/hour
Revision after the stated numbers $135 + GST/hour

Copywriting $95 + GST/hour
Text editing $95 + GST/hour

Websites & Social Media
A template website is ideal for small businesses wanting to have a web presence. Todays website/social media page is the Yellow Pages of yesteryear. Online is the place to be found. A standard design 2-page Squarespace website (resources provided) including a home page and contact page starts from $899 + GST. Additional pages can be added from $200 + GST each.
Remember there are ongoing costs to run a website including domain name registration and annual hosting fees. Don’t have the resources to fill the page? We can help with video, photograph and text services (pricing above).
Custom designs can be quote separately.
Website design $95 + GST/hour
If you are having trouble setting up a social media site or just don’t have the time, we can assist. Social Media page set up for just $295 + GST/page.
Terms & Conditions
PHOTO & VIDEO
1: Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. (Cancelation prior to departure will result in any expense we have incurred being deducted from any refund.)
2: Payment: Full payment will be required to release the digital files. Files will then be supplied to you via internet transfer or memory stick.
3: Travel: Travel will be charged at current IRD rate (diesel) plus $50 + GST per hour travel time (if more than 30 minutes from Rotorua). Any additional expenses incurred (including meals, accommodation, etc) will be passed on at cost.
4: Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred (not quoted) will be on-charged at cost.
5: Copyright: The copyright and intellectual property rights of the created digital files remain with Rollin’ Wheels, however we will grant you a royalty free licence to use the photo or video files within New Zealand on your own digital assets (social media, website, etc) for your lifetime. This licence does not extend to use by other parties, or for any commercial purposes, or for use outside of the New Zealand jurisdiction. If you’d like to purchase additional rights, we’re happy negotiate a new agreement.
